Deposit policy (flexible)

To reserve a whole, half, or quarter beef share, a deposit is required and will be applied toward the final purchase price. Deposits secure availability on a first-come, first-served basis and allow us to plan processing and fulfillment accordingly. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future availability or another available share with reasonable advance notice. The remaining balance will be due prior to or at pickup. All processing and packaging costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
